Who has access to Analytics in Freshchat?
You will be able to view the reporting functionality in Freshchat if you are set up with Superuser or a Manager access.

How do I find reports in Freshchat?
Select the graph icon in the left pane and choose 'Analytics'.
What reporting is available in the system?
You will have access to:
- Chat Analytics
- Freddy AI Agent Analytics
- Freddy AI Agent Session Consumption
- Legacy reporting - Guide here
- Raw Data Exports - Guide here
Can I build a custom report?
Yes, you can clone default reports or create one from scratch.

Please note: Analytics reports have a latency of 30 minutes and cannot be used for real-time monitoring
