Who has access to Analytics in Freshdesk?

You will be able to view the reporting functionality Analytics in Freshdesk if you are set up as a Manager or a Supervisor.

How do I find reports in Freshdesk?

Select the graph icon in the left pane and choose 'Analytics'.

What does 'Analytics' show me?

You can see a breakdown of ticket volumes, review trends, your team's productivity and customer satisfaction too. 



Can I build a custom report?

There is the functionality to have custom reports or scheduled reporting. If there is a specific report you'd like to receive regularly, you can clone an existing default report or create one from scratch. Attached is our guide of full MI capabilities in Freshdesk
