What is Intelliassign?
Intelliassign is a system function that can automatically assign incoming messages to team members of groups (teams)
How many chats can I take at any one time?
This depends on the management company or department you are working in. If you are unsure please speak to your departments projects team.
How does the assignment process work?
Intelliassign works as a loader meaning if 2 agents active and are set up to take 2 chats each the system will assign to chats to the first agent and then move on to the next ones. The system also takes into consideration performance so if an agent closes chats quicker than the other it will assign more tickets to them.
