Freshdesk - Error "Message undeliverable"

If you see the error message “Message not delivered” like the example below: 

This occurs when the email cannot be sent to the requester’s domain. Click Review for more details on the reason for the failure, and then contact the requester to confirm or correct the problematic email address.
