Freshworks Access
In order to gain access to one of the Freshworks systems you need to complete the attached template in full when submitting your request.
| Full Name | Full name of the agent needing the access |
| Email address | Work email address of the agent - If already an agent please provide the email they use to log into |
| Management company(s) | This is the name or names of the instances you require access for |
| Role/Permissions | Agents - The most basic access in Freshchat. An agent can engage in customer conversations, access the People section and edit their own profile information. |
| Super User’s – This access is similar to Agents but a super user will also be able to create/edit campaigns and FAQs. | |
| Groups | This is the team names within the system, you will need to refer to your configuration document or your projects team to confirm the full list of group names. |
| Load Level | Beginner/ Intermediate / Expert |
Please note: You will also need to include manager approval with your request, failure to do this will result in your request being rejected.
If you are unsure of the Role/permissions, Groups, Skills, ticket scope or instance name please refer to your departments projects team to obtain this information.
