Manco users are unable to reset their own passwords because this process attempts to access the TKB outside of the Citrix desktop environment.
Please note: The Knowledge Base is IP-restricted and must be accessed from within the Citrix Desktop.
To assist with password resets, the TKB Team offers two options:
- TKB Team-generated password
We can create and set a password for the Manco user. Please note that this password cannot be changed by the user.
- User-provided password
You can supply a password, and we will set it up for the Manco user.
