Please send the following details to our team at tkbteam@sscinc.com:
- User’s full name
- User’s email address
- The specific Manco TKB portal they need access to
Once the account is set up, the user will receive an activation email prompting them to create a password for The Knowledge Base.
Important: After setting their password, the system will attempt to log them into TKB, but this will fail because it is outside the Citrix desktop environment.
To access TKB successfully, the user must open the TKB icon on their Citrix desktop and log in using the password they just created.
